LUNE – Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from LUNE

 

1.Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify for a return:

* Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
* Items must include all original tags and packaging
* A valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

* Final sale or clearance items
* Gift cards
* Personal care or hygiene-related products
* Perishable goods (if applicable)
* Items returned in used or damaged condition (unless defective upon arrival)

4. Return Shipping

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
* We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

* Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
* Please allow 5–10 business days for processing (timing may vary depending on your payment provider)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item:

2. Place a new order for the desired product

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

9. Cancellations
